This seven-day pilgrimage carries pilgrims from the City of Light to the healing waters of Lourdes, beginning among the saints and reliquaries of Paris and culminating at the Grotto where Our Lady appeared to St. Bernadette. In Paris, pilgrims venerate the incorrupt St. Catherine Labouré at the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal, pray before the relics of St. Genevieve, and kneel at Sainte-Chapelle, built to hold the Crown of Thorns. At Lourdes, they offer Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle and join thousands in the nightly candlelight procession that has endured since the apparitions. Drawn deeper into prayer at every shrine, pilgrims gather not souvenirs but seeds of grace—and return home by a different way, changed.

Our pilgrimage begins today as we depart on our overnight flight to Paris. Meals and refreshments will be served aloft.
Day 2 · April 13
Paris
Upon arrival in Paris this morning, we will be met at the airport by our local pilgrimage guide. After Mass, we will enjoy a tour of the “City of Light,” including visits to the Eiffel Tower, the famous Opera House (outside visit), and the Arc de Triomphe (outside visit). After some free time, we will transfer to our hotel for check-in and dinner. (D, Mass) Overnight Paris
Day 3 · April 14
Paris
Our first pilgrim stop today will be the Shrine of Saint Vincent de Paul, where the saint’s body is on display in a reliquary. From there, we go a short distance to the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal at Rue du Bac, where Our Lady appeared to St. Catherine Labouré in 1830 and where this incorrupt saint can be venerated. This afternoon, we journey to the top of Montmartre and visit the Basilica of Sacré-Cœur. Tonight, we will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, followed by a special nighttime cruise on the Seine River, passing under 25 bridges and marveling at the illuminated monuments of Paris. Today begins at Saint-Étienne-du-Mont, housing the relic of St. Genevieve, the patron saint of Paris. Then we cross to the Île de la Cité and visit Notre-Dame Cathedral, reopened after a devastating fire in 2019. Just a few blocks away, we will visit Sainte-Chapelle, built in 1248 to house the Crown of Thorns and showcasing one of the world’s most captivating arrays of stained-glass windows. Afterwards, enjoy some free time before we head back to our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D, Mass) Overnight Paris

Lourdes
Early this morning, we will board the high-speed train to Lourdes, one of the great pilgrimage shrines in the world. On the train, enjoy the beautiful countryside while taking time for prayer and group discussion. It was in Lourdes that Our Lady appeared to St. Bernadette in 1858, proclaiming herself the “Immaculate Conception.” This peaceful village is also known for its healing waters. This evening, join hundreds of other pilgrims in the Blessed Sacrament Procession and Candlelight Procession, that have endured since after the time of the apparitions. Bask in the grace of Lourdes all day as we have Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, where Our Lady first appeared to St. Bernadette and invited her to dig for the spring now known across the world for its many miracles of healing. We also visit the humble home where St. Bernadette lived during the apparitions. Tonight, we again join the candlelight procession with thousands of other pilgrims in prayer and song. Lourdes / Pau / Paris / Denver
Today marks the end of a marvelous experience as we transfer to Pau airport for our return trip home via Paris, filled with memories and graces of this pilgrimage that will last a lifetime.

After sundown the valley air turns sharply cold for the Candlelight and Blessed Sacrament processions. A warm layer and a willing heart are the only requirements for standing shoulder to shoulder with thousands of fellow pilgrims in song.
Pack layers and a lightweight waterproof jacket—Paris is changeable and Lourdes is reliably wet, with cold evenings for the processions—plus comfortable, grippy walking shoes for Montmartre and the Domain grounds. Modest attire is required at all sacred sites (shoulders and knees covered).
