With your guide, Ann Vucic

Medjugorje is not just a pilgrimage, it’s an immersion experience into a rhythm of prayer in a setting steeped in the Lord’s peace. Many have said it is the closest to heaven on earth they have experienced. Pilgrims on this grace-filled pilgrimage will enjoy the guidance and leadership of Ann Vucic, early witness to the Medjugorje apparitions.

Anticipated Weather · September

Split, Croatia 72–84°F Warm & Sunny · Early September The Dalmatian coast holds its summer warmth well into September — bright, clear skies and a welcoming Adriatic sun greet pilgrims on arrival before the road turns inland toward Medjugorje.
Medjugorje 62–78°F Mild & Partly Sunny · September September is one of Medjugorje's finest months — the summer heat has softened, the valley is still green, and the long evenings lend themselves naturally to the Rosary, Adoration, and the kind of unhurried prayer that begins to change a person from within.
Apparition Hill & Cross Mountain 55–68°F Cool & Variable · September The hilltops are noticeably cooler than the village below in September, with shifting cloud and the occasional shower. The rocky paths can be slick after rain — sturdy shoes and a willingness to take the climb slowly make the ascent its own form of prayer.

Early September is an ideal time for Medjugorje — the summer crowds have thinned, the temperatures are comfortable, and the days are still long. Pack a light waterproof jacket and sturdy walking shoes for Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain. Modest attire is required at all sacred sites throughout the pilgrimage (shoulders and knees covered).

What Pilgrims Are Saying

I have been challenged to live out the Messages of Medj by living them in my own life and sharing them with others.

Pilgrim from Brentwood, TN
I was SO influenced by sharing the time with the Universal Church. In Our Lady's message she called us to (paraphrasing) to be carriers of Peace and Joy . So, for me I will try to Evangelize at every opportunity. I truly know that Our Lady loves me as does her Son. My heart is full and overflowing.
