You may or may not care for him as a politician. You may or may not care for him as a Republican. You may or may not care for him as a Senator. You may or may not care for him as a man. But as a Catholic, you have to respect for a man of his position and notoriety who so publicly witnesses to the power of the Holy Spirit in his life guiding him to what he thought best for his country, his family and for himself. Not many people are willing to provide such a public testimony to their Catholic faith these days unless they’re paid to do it, are wearing a collar or some sort of habit.
